Service Delivery Executive
Location: Slough
Salary: Guaranteed basic with a generous uncapped commission structure.

AFL (Fleet Management) Limited is an independent intermediary company, that successfully services the corporate and consumer market for their car leasing solutions and requirements within the UK.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a team player who is self-motivated and results driven. Must have excellent personal time management, verbal and written communication skills. The successful candidates will join their sales team of 20 based in their head office in Slough, Berkshire.

This role will suit individuals that are great at building relationships with people over the phone. If you have a background in telesales, field sales or an outbound call centre environment, then this would be a great position for you. The earning potential and career opportunities are fantastic.

You will need to have the skills of building and managing a strong sales pipeline whilst servicing the existing client base pipeline opportunities, which are in abundance and is a real mix of outbound calls, so you need to be able to manage your day accordingly to maximise your earning potential.

As the role is both over the phone and email, you need to be articulate and have a great command of written and verbal English and IT skills.

Up to date FCA training and appreciation of the principles of FCA and TCF would be a great advantage. Full training will be provided.

The candidate would be ideally located within a 10 mile radius of the company location.

What’s the working week?

Monday to Friday 8.30am – 5pm (one day per week you will need to work till 6pm)
