The new Citroen C4 is here from French Automaker Citroen…. C4 Cactus is based on the small PF1 platform car of Citroen C3 and Citroen DS3. C4 Cactus was previewed at the 2007 Frankfurt motor show as a concept car and was launched in 2014.
