Volkswagen Up is a small city car produced by world's second leading automotive manufacturer Volkswagen. VW Up unveiled in 2011 at Frankfort motor show and available in market in December 2011. Volkswagen Up is small engine car of 1.0 litre petrol engine, also available in electric range called e-Up! VW Up available in five different trim ranges - Take Up, Move Up, High Up, Groove Up and Rock Up.
Take Up and Move Up offers 14 inch steel wheels, unfastened seat belt warning, heating, anti lock braking system, tyre pressure indicator, speedo meters and folding rear seats for extra cabin space.
High Up offers 15 inch alloy wheels, addition of front fog lights, height adjustable steering wheel, maps & touch screen navigation system and electrically heated door mirrors.
In Groove Up and Rock up, you will get 16 inch alloy wheels with Rear roof spoiler.
VW Up shares its design elements of Skoda Citigo and Skoda Mii(end of production in 2011). VW up is the same size of Fiat 500. Up have got the sharp look compare to all three its rivals. VW Up is very powerful and economical car. its small body helps in easy manoeuvre and parking in tight areas. Its rear seats are foldable to increase cabin space. Up is one of the safest city cars on the market to its five start crash test rating from Euro NCAP.
