From the get go Car Leasing Made Simple distinguished itself with how helpful and diligent their people were. We cannot overstate how helpful Ed was throughout this process. We're first time leasers and had a markedly stringent timeline and Ed went above and beyond to accommodate this. He was clear, attentive and thoroughly transparent with what, to the layperson- can be a convoluted process. We were fielding quotes from two other brokers, one of which offered a lower price and putatively quicker timeline- however, because of Ed's diligence and attentiveness- we stuck with Car Leasing Made Simple.

Really great service, Max in Sales was brilliant. I thought about giving less stars but the delays felt in getting my car wasnt down to the team but the state of the automotive industry. I didnt get my original car and got delay after delay but Max sorted my out with a different model and I am really happy.

The car took a long time to come compared to previous leases I have taken out but that was nothing to do with CLMS. They were communicative throughout the whole process and I didn't have to chase them for updates. Took delivery today and I couldn't be happier. I would recommend using car leasing made simple and would certainly use them again myself.
