Fiat has unveiled its new Doblo at the Hannover Motor show , receiving a facelift updates and new technology, goes on sale from January priced from £13,480.
The company has amassed amazing 300,000 sales since the first Fiat Doblo launched in 2000. So following the success of Fiat Doblo; the company has given the styling and tech updates, aiming to offer their customers more emphasis on value for money, according to Fiat.
The notable exterior updates over the current Doblo includes a new front end with sculpted bonnet, new front wings, new headlamps and a new bold styling grille. At the rear, there is a new light cluster design. There are some new dark grey exterior colours and new alloy wheel designs have introduced. The revised styling of Doblo makes the Van based MPV appear more car-like.
Getting Inside, the Doblo retains its impressive practicality with five seat models boasting 790 litre boot space increasing to 3,200 liters by folding rear seats down. The parcel shelf can carry up to 70kg of luggage. The sliding rear doors remains as standard.
The new Fiat Doblo is going to offer with three choice of engines, three trim levels, two roof heights and a choice of five-or-seven seat options.
Revised Range Updates –
- The new entry level “Pop” version(priced from £13,480) features auto start/stop function, remote central locking, electric front windows and a 60/40 split rear seats as standard.
- ‘Easy’ version(priced from £14,650) adds body coloured front and rear bumpers, front fog lights, steering wheel with audio remote controls and height adjustable driver’s seat.
- A new ‘Easy Air’ special edition model gets manual air conditioning for £345.
- At the end the top of the range ‘Lounge’ trim version(priced from £17,980) benefits from air-conditioning, 16 inch alloys, rear parking sensors, audio system, Bluetooth/ USB connectivity, leather trimmed steering wheel and gear knob, dark tinted windows, cruise control, power folding door mirrors, and rear electric seats as standard. The Lounge Model is available in 1.6 litre Multijet 2 105hp and 1.6 litre Multijet 2 90hp Dualogic engines.
All the trim models equipped with ABS, EBD, electronic stability control, anti slip regulation, brake assist, multiple airbags and tyre pressure monitoring system as standard. It also receives ‘Traction+’ a new traction control system as well as increased soundproofing.
The Doblo’s 1.3 and 1.6 turbo diesel engines are also available with a new EcoJet versions. That reduces the fuel consumption with the use of start and stop function achieve an impressive 64mpg and emits only 115g/km.
